Qualifications:

Highschool Diploma or Equivalent. Experience working with children. Desire to help special education students. Skills & Abilities Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices. Ability to support the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with students, teachers, and parents. Ability to adapt instructional strategies, materials, and resources to meet diverse learning needs. Proficient in assessing and monitoring student progress through formal and informal assessment methods. Knowledge of specialized teaching techniques, assistive technologies, and resources for students with special needs. Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with students with diverse learning abilities. Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills to effectively support classroom dynamics and individual student needs. This position is available to be filled immediately.
