Job Description

Instructional Aide - 2026-2027 School Year (Starting August)
Pay Rate:
$20.00 per hour We are currently hiring Instructional Aides for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year, with positions beginning in August . Interviews are now being scheduled and will take place in person on Thursdays in Schnecksville, PA .
Location Requirement:
Candidates should live in or near:
Allentown, PA Bethlehem, PA Jim Thorpe, PA Lehighton, PA Transportation:
Reliable transportation is required Personal vehicle strongly preferred
Important Hiring Timeline:
Interviews are conducted prior to placement Final job assignments will be confirmed mid to late July Required Clearances & Certifications (All clearances must meet the following validity requirements) Health Form / TB Test (within 90 days) PA Criminal Background Check (valid for 1 year) FBI Clearance (valid for 1 year) Child Abuse Clearance (valid for 1 year) Mandated Reporter Training (valid for 5 years) CPR/First Aid Certification (must be completed in person) If you're interested in working in a school setting and supporting students in a meaningful way, we encourage you to apply today! #
