• Developing lesson plans.
• Caring for each child while meeting their individual needs.
• Planning and implementing activities that develop age appropriate social skills.
• Communicate professionally with family members and staff
• Work as a team with other teachers and families to provide the highest quality of care and nurturing for the children at the center.

Lead Teacher Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma and 2 years of Childcare experience
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education preferred
• Prior childcare or teaching experience preferred

Assistant Teacher Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma and 2 years of Childcare experience
• Prior childcare or teaching experience preferred
