Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in nurturing and educating young children in a safe and engaging environment. This position requires a commitment to fostering the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children while promoting a love for learning. Must have highschool diploma. This is a full time! Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Create a warm, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Provide individualized attention to students, ensuring their needs are met in terms of care, education, and behavior management. Monitor children's progress and development, maintaining accurate records of their achievements and challenges. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's progress and address any concerns regarding their development. Manage classroom behavior effectively, employing positive reinforcement strategies to promote good conduct. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment while adhering to health and safety regulations. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Experience A background in Early Childhood Education or related fields is preferred. Experience working with students in a daycare or educational setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies is essential. Knowledge of special education practices is a plus for supporting diverse learners. Previous experience in caregiving or toddler care will be beneficial for this role. Understanding of childhood development principles will aid in creating effective learning experiences.
