Job Description

Category Schools - Paraprofessional Job Type Contract Empower a young student's educational journey as a Paraprofessional for the 2025/2026 school year! This full-time contract position offers a meaningful opportunity to provide dedicated 1:1 support to an elementary-aged female student with moderate behavioral and developmental needs in a welcoming educational environment. Your compassion, patience, and commitment will help encourage growth and independence, creating a positive school experience for your assigned student. You'll work closely with teachers and support staff while enjoying the consistency of a Monday through Friday schedule totaling 37.5 hours each week.
Key Requirements:
Prior experience in a school setting, supporting students in an educational environment Demonstrated background as a paraprofessional or similar support role Understanding and patience in working with children who exhibit moderate behaviors and developmental delays Strong communication skills with both students and staff Ability to collaborate as part of a team and follow individual education plans Professionalism, reliability, and dedication to student success
