With a budget of approximately $12 million and more than 110 staff, we help people and change lives on a daily basis. GECAC helps people throughout Erie County break the cycle of poverty, be self-sufficient, and achieve financial independence. The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 7.5 hours per day, from April 2026 to September 2026.

Job Summary:

Monitors and reviews youth employee timesheets every week for accuracy Ensures that youth employee timesheets are ready for submission to Finance Keeps track of youth employee hours Maintain positive working relationship with employers Maintain and update files for youth employee and employer participants Participate in orientation sessions as required Input participant data into the database as required

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred Excellent customer service skills Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and via Zoom or Teams. Proficiency with MS Office Flexible schedule Must have own transportation, with a valid PA driver's license and auto insurance as required Additional requirements: Act 33, 34 & FBI Clearances. Must meet Immigration Law requirements. Pay is $21.06 per hour.
