This summer position runs through August 31, 2026, with the potential for continued employment during the academic year. Compensation Teacher Aide $16.50

• 18.00 per hour Equivalent to approximately $18.20
• 19.85 per hour due to paid breaks Assistant Teacher $18.00
• 19.00 per hour Requires a minimum of 2,000 hours (approximately 2 years) of professional childcare experience Equivalent to approximately $19.85

Responsibilities Assist teachers with classroom activities, daily routines, and transitions Supervise and engage children in a safe, nurturing environment Assist with diapering, toileting, meals, and hygiene routines as needed Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and licensing compliance Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Experience in a preschool, daycare, Montessori, or early childhood setting preferred

CDA, ECE
