Job Description

Job Purpose:
As a Seasonal Program Aide at Beyond Behavior Consulting, you'll play a key role in supporting our dynamic team during the summer season. Your main goal is to assist in delivering engaging and effective behavioral programs that make a positive impact on our clients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Help set up and organize program materials and resources for sessions. Assist program leaders in facilitating activities and exercises. Provide support to clients during sessions, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment. Monitor and report on client progress and feedback. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement creative program ideas. Maintain a clean and organized program space. Participate in team meetings and contribute to program planning discussions. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all activities.
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience:
Experience working with children or in a childcare setting. Previous experience in a support or aide role is a plus. Familiarity with behavioral consulting or similar environments is beneficial.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children and team members. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team. Patience and a positive attitude when working with children. Basic understanding of child development and behavior management techniques. Flexibility to adapt to changing program needs and schedules.
