Job Description

Main Office Administrative Assistant - Student Support Services/Receptionist Carbon Career & Technical Institute United States, Pennsylvania, Jim Thorpe May 20, 2026 The Carbon Career & Technical Institute has a full-time (260 day) position immediately available. The interested candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage front office operations, including but not limited to, tracking student and staff attendance; managing visitors; and supporting the building principal, guidance counselor, and facilitator of special education. The successful candidate will also be responsible for submitting assigned reports to the PA Department of Education.
Requirements:
A minimum of a high school diploma, post-secondary degree a plus. School secretary/administrative assistant experience preferred. Salary commensurate with education and past work experience.
