OF POSITION

Responsible for the oversight of the Frontline employee attendance system to provide daily substitute coverage and attendance record keeping. Works with staff attendance and substitute dispatching.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Education:

High School Diploma or GED Experience:

Minimum 2 years of clerical experience, HR experience preferred. Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Skills:

Excellent organization, interpersonal communication, telephone communication skills, and time management skills required. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle highly confidential information appropriately with tact and diplomacy. Knowledge of computers and database software.
