Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide direct instruction and support Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation Participate in IEP meetings and professional development
Qualifications:
Valid Pennsylvania teaching certification in special education (or in process of completion for May 2026 graduates) Knowledge of IEP development and implementation Experience with differentiated instruction and accommodations/modifications Strong collaboration and communication skills
