Autistic Support Teacher - Anticipated 2026-2027 School Year

Position Summary A Pennsylvania school district is seeking a certified Special Education Teacher to provide individualized instruction, develop and implement IEPs, and support students in inclusive and specialized settings. Key Responsibilities Deliver instruction aligned with PA standards and district curriculum. Develop and implement IEPs, ERs, and progress monitoring in compliance with state and federal regulations. Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs. Provide small-group and individualized instruction. Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment. Monitor student progress and communicate with parents and staff. Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff. Conduct FBAs and develop behavior support plans as needed. Participate in meetings, professional development, and school activities. Qualifications Valid Pennsylvania Special Education Certification required. Knowledge of

IDEA, IEP

development, and inclusive practices. Strong communication and organizational skills. Additional Requirements Ability to move throughout the building and lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable attendance and adherence to district policies. Other duties as assigned by administration.
