In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a strong understanding of early childhood education principles. Duties Assist in implementing age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development in accordance with early childhood education standards. Assist in managing classroom activities effectively to ensure a safe and engaging learning environment. Provide individualized care and attention to each child, supporting their unique needs and interests. Facilitate play-based learning experiences that encourage exploration, creativity, and social interaction among children. Communicate regularly with the teacher about the children or any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive educational experience for all students. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that promotes learning. Requirements Experience in caregiving or special education is a plus. Ability to provide toddler care with patience and understanding of their developmental needs. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
