Job Description

We are currently looking for dedicated Assistant Teachers who are fun-loving, caring individuals with a passion for making a difference in the lives of young children. Our ideal candidates are positive role models and dependable team players.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily functions of a classroom Foster an environment of learning, creativity, and exploration Support hygiene, personal care, and classroom routines Implement lesson plans and activities Maintain a safe, nurturing, and organized space Attend staff meetings, trainings, and school functions Communicate effectively with families and team members
Requirements:
1+ year of child care experience (infant/toddler preferred) High School Diploma required Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Must meet all state-mandated requirements Excellent communication and organizational skills Professional, friendly, and dependable
