2025-2026 School Year! 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars We are in need of experienced, kind and motivated aides for local school districts through GHR Education. These positions directly impact and benefit the lives of children who have disabilities and are struggling in the classroom without the extra support
To follow the student's IEP and the modifications and instructional techniques recommended by related service staff.
To become proficient in students' individual communication methods and strategies.
To create instructional materials as needed.
To accompany and support the student during community-based instruction.
To maintain communication between home and school and keep daily log of information about the student and his/her activities.
To participate in IEP and Team meetings.
To participate in the assessment of the student and in the preparation of IEPs, progress reports, behavior plans, data collection, and other documentation for program monitoring.

$21.00 per hour
