Teaching Assistant -

Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher in maintaining classroom order and supporting daily instruction Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning objectives Provide one-on-one support for students needing extra help, including those with special needs Supervise students during transitions, activities, recess, and lunch Support behavioral and social-emotional goals under teacher guidance Help with classroom preparation, organization, and daily learning activities Perform other related duties to enhance the classroom learning experience

Qualifications:

Associate's degree or higher, or High School Diploma/GED with postsecondary coursework Active state-level licensure and/or certification, or ability to obtain Experience working in schools or with children preferred but not required Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with educators, families, and administrators Come join a therapist-owned organization that values your expertise and supports you throughout the school year.
