High School Graduate or GED with a minimum of two years of post graduate study, or four years of Title I experience and a passing score on the Academic Assessment for the Title I Para Educators preferred Demonstrate aptitude for fulfillment of assigned performance responsibilities Must be able to make sound judgments and interact well with staff, students and parents PA Highly Qualified Para Professional status preferred (must complete if offered employment) All PA required clearances, a physical and TB test and all other required paperwork
