Preschool Lead Teacher Position Summary The Preschool Teacher Assistant supports the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging, classroom environment for young children. This role involves assisting with daily activities, supervising children, and helping maintain a structured and positive learning environment. The Teachers Assistant plays a key role in supporting children's social, emotional, and developmental growth. Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in an Early Childhood Education program (or related field).
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow direction and take initiative.
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Clear background checks as required by state regulations.
  • Responsible and dependable.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
