Job Description
Job Overview Join our vibrant educational team as a Part-Time Teacher/Teacher's Assistant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will inspire young learners and support their developmental journey. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons. Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and well-organized environment that promotes positive behavior management and classroom management strategies. Engage children in activities that enhance their communication skills, literacy development, and understanding of childhood development principles. Foster strong relationships with students by offering encouragement, guidance, and support during learning activities and playtime. Collaborate with educators and parents to ensure consistent support for children's educational and emotional needs. Experience preferred but not required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
- Must pass background check
