Job Type Full-time Unionized Position Code UA Job Description The Executive Program Assistant (EPA) is responsible for supporting all domestic and international training programs. Current programs include those conducted in partnership with National Security Studies, the Government Accountability Office, Veterans for Public Office, Reichman University, and others. Each training program has distinct characteristics and expectations based on the sponsor, the participants, and the curriculum. Individuals in this role must demonstrate enthusiasm for the work, adaptability in responding to the diverse needs of participants, and a strong commitment to customer service. The position also requires strong organizational and project management skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. This position is part of a bargaining unit and is represented by the union SEIU , Local 200United. Education and Experience Bachelor degree required. Skills and Knowledge Strong analytical and problem solving skills, demonstrated by prior experience All standard work MS office applications (word, excel) Ability to leverage AI applications to increase productivity. Data management through various types of CRM systems Excellent customer relations skills Demonstrated team collaboration skills (great interpersonal communication, facilitation, negotiation) Attention to detail Responsibilities Provide all necessary support to all Executive Education training through your own work or through the supervision of Executive Education employees, student staff, and/or contracted staff. Duties include independent conference management duties such as booking travel (transportation and housing), securing training facilities, catering and the like. Support identified Executive Education programs including the management of contracts (consultants, hotel, and other services) for grant and non-grant funded programs. General office management that includes supervision of work study and graduate assistants as needed, working with physical plant to keep office organized, managing office equipment including payment of invoices, managing inventory and storage of materials, and purchasing. Prepare and maintain website and event calendar updates. Cross functional collaboration and support. This may include support requested by the Dean's office, the PAIA Department, or Executive Education's student program team. Typical asks would occur during events like graduation, convocation, orientation or otherwise. There may be times when this person is asked to cover administrative duties for Executive Education student program. Be an active team member for general office management that includes supervision of work study and graduate assistants as needed, working with physical plant to keep office organized, managing office equipment, storage of materials, and purchasing. Other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
