We are going into our 20th year providing quality services to clients in the community that include child welfare and clients insured. PTH is fully accredited by CARF. We are an approved Florida Medicaid Provider and Florida DCF provider. Our team consists on therapists, paraprofessionals, psychiatrists, etc. providing therapy to our clients in our multicounty service areas in the state of Florida which includes: Alachua, Baker, Bradford, Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Lafayette, Levy, Madison, Suwannee, Taylor, and Union counties in Florida. Summary We are seeking a Paraprofessional (CSI worker, Behavioral/Program Aide, Certified Behavioral Health Tech (CBHT), or Certified Mental Health Professional (CMHP) to serve clients in your chosen area and surrounding areas (see below). This role requires you to visit homes referred to our agency to provide case management services to clients. Case management services include parenting classes, help with budgeting, help locating needed resources within the community, assistance with job skills, assisting new mothers "cope" with the new responsibilities of parenting, etc. This position may be part-time or full-time hours, as it is an independent contractor position.
