Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Volunteer Management & Coordination (3-5 hrs/week) Oversee the full volunteer lifecycle, including recruitment, application review, interviews, background checks, resource check-out, and training registrations/communication Coordinate tutor and mentor schedules across partner sites Track volunteer hours, engagement, and retention Volunteer Engagement & Communication (2 hrs/week) Maintain consistent communication through a monthly resource email Conduct regular touchpoints with volunteers via phone, email, and occasional site visits Data Collection & Impact Reporting (1-3 hrs/week, as applicable) Regularly gather and evaluate qualitative and quantitative data from students, volunteers, and community partners Support quarterly reporting and share insights with the Executive Director for storytelling and marketing purposes Program Systems & Improvement (1 hr/week) Develop and refine systems to ensure efficient program operations Recommend adjustments based on data, feedback, and best practices Team Collaboration (0.5 hr/week) Participate in bi-weekly (every other week) check-ins with the Executive Director Grant Support/Special Projects (2 hrs/week) Collaborate with the Executive Director to identify and write grants for program-specific needs (e.g., curriculum, supplies) Support Executive Director with events/fundraising pertaining to the Linking Arms programCompensation:
$25/hour up to 10 hours per weekQualifications:

A highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter who follows through and gets things done A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with volunteers, students, and community partners Someone who thrives in a flexible, mobile work environment—comfortable working remotely and showing up on-site when needed Experience in education, nonprofit work, or volunteer coordination (or a strong desire to learn!) Comfortable using tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and email platforms to stay organized and communicate clearly Able to track data, notice patterns, and help us continuously improve our programs Passionate about mentoring, educational equity, and making a tangible difference in the lives of students across St. Louis A team player who is adaptable, dependable, and aligned with the heart and mission ofRestored For More Pay:
