We are seeking a Provider Services Program Assistant who will be responsible to provide administrative support to the Provider Services department and perform related functions as assigned by the program management. What you'll do: Monitor Provider Direct and correct errors in timely, accurate manner Perform S_Autho tasks as required Review/ analyze/correct data in electronic computer record and/or spreadsheets Assist with consumer/provider calls as needed Assisting Quality and Contracts Manager with other projects Other duties as assigned What you'll bring: Excellent written and verbal skills. Excellent computer skills. Ability to respect the workplace and providers with privacy and confidentiality Ability to deal effectively with statistical and financial data Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
