Minimum Qualifications:
Associates Degree or pertinent college level courses and two years of administrative/office management experience. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Prior administrative or education office experience preferred. Experience with scheduling platforms (AMION, MedHub) and Microsoft Office Suite a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced academic environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information
Work Days:
Generally M-F 8am-4:30pm some early morning or early evening meetings; no remote work this is an on-site position Message to
