Job Summary:
As a paraprofessional, your primary responsibility is to engage with and support Special Education middle school and high school students in their coursework. Paras work in a variety of different classes and must demonstrate a firm understanding of the high school core curriculum. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, as they will interact with case managers, team members, and, most importantly, students. Paras need to be detail-oriented, open to feedback, collaborative, self-motivated, and organized. The position is virtual, but in-person meetings at the Mountain Heights offices in West Jordan will be required twice a month.
