You do not need formal teaching qualifications or previous school experience to be considered. About the Role As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students who require additional support to engage successfully in education.

Your responsibilities may include:

Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in lessons Building strong, professional relationships with pupils Supporting students with emotional regulation and wellbeing Assisting teachers in creating a positive learning environment Helping students overcome barriers to learning Working alongside pastoral teams and teaching staff to support student progress Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to make a meaningful impact.
