This role is essential in helping students grow spiritually, academically, socially, and emotionally while upholding the mission and values of the school.

Key Responsibilities :

Classroom Support Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom instruction and activities Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce lessons Help prepare instructional materials, centers, and classroom resources Support students with classroom routines, transitions, and organization Student Care & Supervision Supervise students during classroom activities, recess, lunch, chapel, and transitions Assist with behavior guidance using positive, age-appropriate strategies Support students' social and emotional development in a nurturing manner Faith & Character Development Model Christ-like behavior in speech, actions, and relationships Support Bible instruction, prayer, and Christian character development Reinforce biblical values such as kindness, respect, responsibility, and self-control Classroom Management & Organization Help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly classroom environment Assist with record-keeping, grading, and basic administrative tasks as directed Communicate observations and concerns to the lead teacher
