Position Overview We are seeking a Lead Teachers and Assistants who are energetic, dependable, and passionate about early childhood education. The ideal candidate can create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment while leading with confidence and heart. Responsibilities Plan and implement age‑appropriate lessons and activities Maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment Support social‑emotional development using positive guidance Communicate effectively with families, staff, and administration Supervise and mentor assistant teachers Ensure compliance with DSS regulations and center policies Build strong relationships with children and families Qualifications High School Diploma required; ECD coursework or degree preferred At least 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare setting Strong classroom management and communication skills CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) A passion for working with children and supporting families What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Flexible scheduling Supportive, mission‑driven environment Opportunities for professional growth A fun, superhero‑themed workplace where teachers are heroes too

Pay:

$14.50 - $16.50 per hour
