This role helps keep daily operations running smoothly by assisting staff, responding to learner inquiries, handling routine paperwork, and supporting processes related to program participation and enrollment. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, service‑focused environment. This position is located in Brookings, SD Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Sponsorship is not available for this position.Job Responsibilities:
This position provides comprehensive administrative support for Continuing and Distance Education, including assistance to the director and departmental staff. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service and phone support to prospective and current online, distance, and dual credit learners; processing dual credit applications and related documentation; managing externally supported paperwork; serving as the department's accessibility liaison; and supporting general office operations and management.Benefits:
