Aug 5, 2026 Job Description The Instructional Assistant (Kindergarten) is responsible for assisting the Teacher to provide inclusion or pull out specialized academic support for students. This Full Time position will work 35 hours per week and DOES include benefits. Applicants must have two (2) years college coursework, a college degree, or pass the ParaPro Assessment. Must have satisfactory background/fingerprint checks as required by the Tennessee State Department of Education and state law. Must meet health and physical requirements.
