Job Description
Kidz Academy is seeking a Full-Time Classroom Assistant/Floater who is passionate about working with young children and supporting their growth and development. The ideal candidate is dependable, punctual, and committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. Applicants must be reliable, maintain consistent attendance, arrive on time each day, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. Knowledge of state childcare licensing regulations and the ability to follow all center policies and procedures is required. The Classroom Assistant/Floater will assist lead teachers, support classrooms as needed, supervise children, help maintain a clean and organized environment, and contribute to the overall success of our program.
