Little Oaks Academy is seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Infant Assistant Teacher to join our team. In this role, you'll help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where our youngest learners can grow, explore, and thrive. As an Infant Assistant Teacher, you'll spend your days comforting babies, celebrating developmental milestones, supporting daily routines, and building meaningful relationships with children and their families. What You'll Do Support the Lead Teacher in providing high-quality care for infants Assist with feeding, diapering, and daily care routines Engage infants in age-appropriate activities and learning experiences Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers Help create a warm and welcoming environment where every child feels loved and secure Requirements A genuine love for working with young children Reliability and a strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work as part of a team High school diploma/GED Ability to pass a background check and drug screening No childcare experience?
