Part-time:

7:50 AM - 1:00 PM Full-time available ✨ Small class sizes = less overwhelm, more connection Only about 5 students 2 adults supporting each group ✨ You won't be on your own Work alongside a Lead Teacher who provides training and support Ongoing coaching so you feel confident ✨ Year-round consistency No big gaps in income or routine ✨ Actually make an impact You'll help students build real-life skills, not just academics ✨ Positive, team-based environment You'll work closely with others—not isolated in a classroom alone What You'll Do In this role, you'll: Help plan and lead fun, engaging lessons Work directly with a small group of students who need extra support Build strong relationships with students and help them grow Use hands-on, interactive teaching (not just worksheets!) Support behavior and daily routines in a structured, positive way Track student progress and celebrate their wins Communicate with teammates and families about progress What We're Looking For You don't have to be perfect—you just need to be: Passionate about working with kids Patient, positive, and willing to learn A strong communicator and team player Reliable and consistent Bonus points if you have : A degree in education or related field RBT certification or teaching license Growth & Experience This role is great if you want to: Build experience in education, psychology, or behavior analysis Work toward or maintain RBT certification Learn real-life skills in behavior management and teaching Grow into future roles in education or ABA What to Expect Structured classroom with support systems in place Clear expectations and training provided Opportunities to learn and develop professionally A role where your work actually matters every day Physical Requirements You'll be active throughout the day—moving, engaging, and working directly with students.
