Full Job Description Job Overview:
Red Robin's Academy is seeking dedicated and passionate Pre-K Teacher Assistants to support our Head Start classrooms. The ideal candidates will demonstrate a deep commitment to early childhood education and the Head Start mission, supporting young learners' academic, emotional, and social development in a nurturing, structured environment.
Qualifications:
CDA or Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education (required) Prior experience in a Pre-K or early childhood classroom setting preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor Ability to implement lesson plans and provide individualized support to students
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the lead teacher in implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum Support daily routines and maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment Observe and document student progress Build positive relationships with children and families Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training Join us in making a difference in the lives of young learners by providing them with the foundation they need for future success!
