Job Description

The teacher's aide provides support to classroom teachers. They assist with a variety of functions, including implementing instructional programs, assessing student performance and other tasks as needed by the instructor.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in developing lesson plans based on state requirements and the specific needs of each child. Collaborate with teachers to monitor the development of each child. Work with children in the classroom to promote their learning and development. Communicate with parents and keep them informed about their child's development and any changes to the regular day-to-day schedule. Perform other related duties
