Currently, we are interviewing for Assistant Teacher positions in the following age groups. Infant Toddler Teaching Assistants responsibilities would include, but not limited to: Assist in establishing and maintaining an environment appropriate for children Provide positive guidance to support social and emotional development Establish positive and productive relationships with families Assist in the implementation of daily, weekly, and monthly plans Manage the classroom, especially when the Lead Teacher is absent, through positive redirection, problem-solving, setting appropriate limits, and active listening Execute delegated tasks from the Lead Teacher and office staff
