Key Responsibilities:

Classroom Versatility:

Seamlessly transition between age groups, assisting Lead Teachers with activities, sensory play, and lessons.

Dynamic Support:

Maintain classroom ratios during lunch breaks and planning periods, ensuring a safe and supervised environment.

Operational Excellence:

Help prep materials for upcoming lessons and assist with light center operations to ensure a premium experience for our families.

Relationship Building:

Foster connections with children, staff, and parents across the entire center.

Safety First:

Ensure all classrooms remain in high compliance with Texas Childcare Licensing and safety protocols. Who You Are (Qualifications) We are looking for a reliable, "can-do" professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

6+ months of professional experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool (Required).

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent; CDA or ECE coursework is highly valued.

Certifications:

CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain).
