In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old. We are looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education, enjoys building strong relationships with children and families, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. Benefits Competitive pay scale that aligns with top ranges in the area Opportunities for professional development and career growth Supportive and collaborative work environment Discounted childcare Positive, family-oriented atmosphere Responsibilities Ensure the safety and well-being of all children through active supervision during classroom activities, outdoor play, meals, and nap time Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment Maintain daily classroom schedules and routines Assist children with daily care needs including feeding, diapering, potty training, and personal hygiene Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and classroom activities Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom environment, including toys and learning areas Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff to support center goals and classroom success Follow all state licensing regulations and center policies and procedures Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team environment Excellent organizational and time-management skills Passion for working with young children and supporting their development CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Education High school diploma or equivalent required Experience Minimum of 1 year of licensed childcare experience preferred
