Lead and Assistant Montessori Guides (Teachers)

Young Minds is a well-established Montessori Preschool with over 15 years of experience in early childhood education. We are a family-owned education center with a specialized curriculum to have our children ready for kindergarten and beyond, with emphasis in reading, writing and basic math skills. We currently have the highest review rating and number of reviews within the community. We are growing and looking for new team members to join our enthusiastic and passionate group of teachers to help nurture the impact we are having on our community's children. Position:

Montessori Lead and Assistant Guides (14mth-6years)

Requirements:

Must have High School Diploma or equivalent AMS Teaching Certification preferred, other Montessori certificates, CDA. Willingness to learn Strong Communication skills Commitment to professional development and willingness to continue to learn and grow Be reliable, positive, flexible, and enthusiastic about all children and families Preferred Montessori Teaching or Early Education experience Nurturing and loving teaching style CPR/1st Aid certification upon hire Exceed state minimum licensing requirements at all times by providing a stimulating and safe environment for all children at all times.
