This position guides and supports children daily in a loving, caring, and gentle manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all Minimum Standards, Fire Marshal requirements, and Health Department standards. Maintain positive, professional communication and relationships with parents. Maintain the classroom in a clean, orderly, and developmentally appropriate manner. Support, guide, and motivate children through age-appropriate activities. Plan, implement, and maintain weekly lesson plans and classroom newsletters that are age-appropriate and aligned with center expectations. Drive safely at all times when transporting children. Maintain a current Texas driver's license and a good driving record. Complete and maintain transportation logs accurately and in a timely manner. Perform other related duties as assigned.
