Teaching Full Job Description Infant Teacher Position Job Description:

Lead caregivers are responsible for providing and maintaining a nurturing and educational environment for the children in their care. Caregivers report to the Director/ Assistant Director.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in childcare with Infants and/or toddlers. High school graduate or GED Must be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the children and program. Meet the requirements of the state. Ability to communicate effectively ( verbal and written); ability to maintain emotional control under stress

Physical Demands/ Environmental Factors:

Ability to routinely lift children a minimum of 25lbs. but not limited to Make lesson plans and activities Must be able to multi task Be able to interact with children, sing, dance, read, play Must be knowledgeable to change diapers and use daily logs Willing to learn and have proper communication with Parents, Teachers and Management. Most of all have fun along with the rest of the team.
