What we want Instructs, monitors and directs campers ages 6-18 in the marine sciences fields. Ensures compliance with all safety rules and regulations. Responsible for teaching students in a variety of settings including canters, whole group instruction and field activities. May be required to drive a University vehicle for various purposes. Performs other duties as assigned. What you need to know Starting salary : $15 an hourPosition Details:
May be required to drive a golf cart or other University vehicle as a part of duty assignment. In addition, this position requires working in both indoor and outdoor environments with groups of children.Cover Letter/Resume:

Bachelor's degree Experience leading, directing or advising children 6-18 years old Knowledge of natural history, biology, ecology, and related fieldsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Desire and ability to work with children outdoors in varied conditions Ability to communicate and work with groups participating (age and skill levels) and provide necessary instruction to campers Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with othersPreferred Education and Experience:
Master's degree Previous Sea Camp experiencePreferred Licenses and Certifications:
First Aid CPR; Driver's License RequiredResponsibilities:
SUMMER SEA CAMP INSTRUCTION/GUIDE
Guides the Summer Camp Outreach Programs to people of all ages. Sea Camp -- a week-long residential adventure exploring the wonders of the marine and estuarine environments for campers ages 10-18 Sea Campus Kids -- a marine oriented day program for campers ages 6-11 SAFETYAND OTHER
