Job Description

Loving Infant Teacher Needed for Nurturing Early Learning Center Join a warm and supportive early childhood education center as an Infant Teacher dedicated to providing a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate environment for our youngest learners. In this role, you will help infants grow through responsive care, consistent routines, and meaningful early learning experiences that support emotional, social, and physical development. You will be part of a team that values communication, safety, and building strong relationships with families. Responsibilities Provide attentive, nurturing care for infants in a safe classroom environment Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, naps, and play Engage infants in age appropriate activities that support sensory, motor, and early communication development Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom at all times Communicate daily with families about care, mood, and developmental milestones Observe and document infant progress and report concerns or updates to leadership Follow all health, safety, and childcare licensing standards Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure consistent, high quality care Qualifications Experience working with infants in a daycare or childcare setting preferred Understanding of infant development and responsive caregiving Patient, caring, and dependable personality Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to maintain structure and routines in an infant classroom CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain Passion for caring for young children and supporting families About Our Center Our center is built on a close knit, family oriented culture where teamwork, respect, and communication are at the core of everything we do.
