Overview:

Are you passionate about working with children and making a meaningful impact? We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or those working toward certification to join our team at our Irving, TX therapy center. In this entry-level, part-time role, you'll provide individualized therapy to children with Autism and other developmental disabilities using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) . No prior experience or certification is required to start; we will provide all training and support towards completing your certification at no cost to you. Perfect part-time schedules for students!

Set Weekly Hours :

20-30 hours weekly. We are looking to fill the following shifts: Monday

• 4:00/5:00 PM OR Monday

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision. Accurately collect and record data during sessions. Monitor and graph client progress. Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. RBT or ABAT certification preferred, but not required-we will help you get certified. Prior experience with children and/or individuals with Autism is a plus, but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active (e.g., kneel, stand, walk for extended periods). Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, willingness to learn new skills, and openness to constructive feedback. Demonstrated patience, professionalism, and the ability to support children who may present with significant behavioral, communication, daily living, and social skill needs. Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply!

Certification Pathways:

ABAT Eligibility (Accredited by QABA): Minimum age: 18. High school diploma or equivalent. 40 hours of approved training (including 3 hours of Ethics and 5 hours of Autism Core Knowledge)
