This position is responsible for caring for our youngest learners (8 weeks-12 months) in a safe, structured, and loving classroom environment. If you have a heart for children, a strong work ethic, and take pride in creating a calm and responsive space for infants to grow and thrive—we want to meet you. What You'll Do Provide attentive, responsive care to infants throughout the day Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Follow daily routines for feeding, diapering, naps, and developmental play Engage infants through age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities Communicate clearly and professionally with parents and staff Maintain compliance with Texas Minimum Standards at all times What You Must Be Able To Do Lift, carry, and safely handle infants (up to 30 lbs) Sit, stand, bend, and move frequently throughout the day Stay attentive and engaged—this is not a passive role Manage multiple needs at once while remaining calm and patient Maintain a consistent, dependable work schedule Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) 1-2 years experience in childcare or early childhood settings Strong work ethic and reliability (non-negotiable) Ability to follow structure, routine, and licensing requirements Warm, patient, and attentive demeanor Work Schedule Monday-Friday Full-time Must align with preschool operating hours (7:15 AM
