Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher who is committed to nurturing young learners and fostering their early childhood development. The ideal candidate must be available until 6:30 PM to ensure a smooth and engaging learning environment throughout the day. In this role, you will create a positive, stimulating classroom atmosphere that promotes curiosity, social skills, and foundational knowledge. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire children to explore, learn, and grow confidently in a supportive setting. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young lives while developing your skills in early childhood education. Duties Implement engaging curriculum plans tailored to preschool-aged children, incorporating literacy education, math, physical education, and Children's light house methods. Foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages positive behavior management and social-emotional growth Conduct classroom activities focused on childhood development milestones, early intervention strategies, and special education needs when necessary Support toddlers with age-appropriate care routines, including diapering, feeding, and basic health monitoring Utilize classroom management techniques to maintain discipline and promote respectful interactions among students Prepare lesson plans that incorporate standardized testing preparation and tutoring sessions to reinforce learning objectives Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about child welfare, progress, and classroom events to ensure transparency and collaboration Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience working with children in licensed preschool. Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, including curriculum development, classroom management, and childhood development stages Familiarity with special education practices, early intervention programs, and literacy education strategies Ability to plan lessons effectively for diverse learning needs using Montessori or other educational frameworks Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members confidently Experience with classroom experience involving standardized testing, tutoring, or physical education activities preferred Certification in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable; additional training in behavior management or child welfare is advantageous Join us in creating a vibrant learning environment where young minds thrive! Pay:
$13.00 - $16.00 per hour
