Dual-Language Teacher Aide (Summer Camp)

Position Overview Ballare Preparatory Language Academy is seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Dual Language Teacher Aide to support our Summer STEM Camp. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with young children and supporting bilingual learning environments. The Teacher Aide will assist the Dual Language Teacher in creating a fun, structured, and engaging setting where students can grow in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities Support instruction in English and Spanish during daily activities Assist with small group and one-on-one student support Help prepare and organize classroom materials and activities Supervise students during transitions, meals, and enrichment time Reinforce classroom expectations and routines Provide language support using visuals, modeling, and repetition Assist with classroom setup, cleanup, and daily organization Support preparation for the end-of-week showcase Qualifications High school diploma required; some college coursework in education preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required) Experience working with young children (PK-early elementary) Positive attitude and willingness to support a team Preferred Skills Experience in a classroom, camp, or childcare setting Ability to work well with young learners and diverse language needs Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Why Join Ballare Prep?
