To Be Determined Job Description Harts Bluff Elementary Campus is seeking a passionate and skilled paraprofessional for Elementary Art Class
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Education/Certifications:
Para Professional Certification or Associate's degree, two years of study at an institution of higher learning or have met formal academic assessment as required by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) Valid Texas education aide certificate
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to assist in instructing reading, writing, and mathematics Ability to work well with children Ability to communicate effectively. Experience Some experience working with children
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide engage and effective instruction to students in the art classroom. Support the preparation and organization of art materials, instructional resources, projects, and classroom displays that showcase student work and promote creativity. Assist with classroom activities, demonstrations, and the supervision of students during art projects. Maintain a safe, organized, and inspiring learning environment, including the inventory, care, and maintenance of art supplies, equipment, and tools. Record keeping, grading support, and preparation of required reports and documentation. Provide orientation and assistance to substitute teachers as needed.
