Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and a strong commitment to nurturing young minds.Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
- Provide individualized attention to each child to support their development
- Collaborate with parents to ensure each child's needs are met
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
- Supervise children during activities and playtime
- Implement classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a daycare or preschool setting is a plus
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Strong classroom management skills
- Certification in First Aid and CPR
- Experience working with toddlers and preschool-aged children
- Familiarity with special education practices is beneficial
