Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and a strong commitment to nurturing young minds.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth
  • Create a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
  • Provide individualized attention to each child to support their development
  • Collaborate with parents to ensure each child's needs are met
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
  • Supervise children during activities and playtime
  • Implement classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a daycare or preschool setting is a plus
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR
  • Experience working with toddlers and preschool-aged children
  • Familiarity with special education practices is beneficial
