We are seeking a caring and dependable Assistant Preschool Teacher to support our teaching team in creating a positive, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment. Our school embraces a child-led learning approach , where children's interests and curiosity guide meaningful learning experiences. We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with children, supporting their development, and collaborating with a team of educators. Responsibilities Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing developmentally appropriate activities and learning experiences. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. Engage with children through play, conversation, and hands-on learning. Supervise children and ensure their safety at all times. Assist with classroom documentation, preparation of materials, and daily routines. Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff. Qualifications Experience working with young children preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. CDA or coursework in Early Childhood Education is a plus. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for working with children. Experience with child-led, play-based, or emergent curriculum is a plus.
